Wednesday- Bruschetta Burger- a 1/3 lb chargrilled patty topped with melted mozzarella cheese and house bruschetta mix on a toasted rosemary ciabatta bun spread with creamy basil aioli, spinach, cheesy breaded mozzarella moons and balsamic glaze. $13.25
Thursday- Casey’s Grilled Cheese- toasted sourdough bread spread with roasted garlic mayo, melted Havarti, smoked gouda, and muenster cheese with sliced granny smith apples, applewood smoked bacon, and a drizzle of honey, served with a side of our house vodka tomato sauce. $11.75
Friday- Crab Salad Croissant- imitation crab, celery, hard boiled eggs, and bell peppers in a creamy lemon dill dressing on a toasted croissant bun with lettuce, tomato and fresh avocado. $12.75
*Walleye Weekend Melt- beer battered walleye filet on toasted French bread with cajun tartar sauce, melted cheddar, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. $13.75
Saturday- Fruity Pebbles French Toast- thick sliced challah bread soaked in sweet French toast batter and crusted in Fruity Pebbles cereal, topped with a sweet cereal milk glaze, whipped cream and Fruity Pebbles. $12.25
Sunday- The Pig’s Savory Bread Pudding- brioche bread baked in an egg batter with breakfast sausage, mushrooms, smoked gouda, and our house bacon jam- topped with two eggs any style, sausage gravy, and a side of maple syrup. $13.75
