Wednesday- Pork Ribeye Caesar Sandwich- grilled and sliced pork ribeye topped with melted mozzarella and applewood bacon on a toasted ciabatta bun with romaine lettuce tossed in Caesar dressing, tomato, red onion, and shaved parmesan. $13.25
Thursday- Pastrami Pretzel Melt- a toasted pretzel hoagie bun spread with our whole grain dijonaise and stuffed with thinly sliced pastrami, melted white cheddar and smoked gouda, creamy 1000 island coleslaw, crispy breaded pickle fries, and topped with a fried egg. $14.25
Friday- Shrimp Fajita Bowl- a bowl loaded with rice pilaf, quinoa breaded shrimp, fajita seasoned sliced onions and peppers, southwest slaw, guacamole, and a drizzle of chipotle aioli. $14.50
Saturday- Maple Bacon Chicken Salad Croissant- a buttery croissant filled with house made all white meat chicken salad with celery, granny smith apples, bacon, maple cheddar, and craisins in a honey mustard aioli, topped with fresh greens tossed in a maple balsamic dressing. $12.75
Sunday- Steak and Cheddar Quiche- a flaky scratch made quiche crust filled with seared steak, peppers, onions, and white cheddar in an egg batter, baked and smothered in our house pepper sausage gravy, topped with crispy fried ribbon hashbrowns and served with a side of fresh fruit. $12.50
