Wednesday- Pimiento Cheeseburger- a 1/3 lb chargrilled angus beef patty on a toasted pretzel bun with bacon jam, topped with pimiento cheese, breaded jalapeno fries, hot honey, and garnished with candied peppered bacon. $13.75

Thursday- Thai Peanut Chicken Wrap- crispy chicken tenders, Thai peanut sauce, sweet chili slaw, chow mein noodles, and fluffy rice all wrapped in a garlic herb tortilla. $13.50

Friday- Chili Lime Shrimp and Cod- fajita rubbed shrimp and cod baked and served over rice pilaf, smothered in tequila lime butter with roasted sweet corn, cherry tomatoes, tortilla strips and creamy poblano avocado ranch. $14.50

Saturday- Lemon Cheesecake French Toast Bake- brioche bread, lemon cheesecake, and egg batter baked with a buttery streusel topping, drizzled with strawberry syrup and whipped cream. $12.50

Sunday- Brisket Hash and Eggs- shredded beef brisket over diced roasted red potatoes with peppers and onions, baked in a mini cast iron skillet with melted sharp white cheddar, topped with two poached eggs, horseradish hollandaise sauce, and beer battered onion rings. $13.75
