Wednesday- Brisket Haystack- our house shredded beef brisket served open faced over Texas toast with melted cheddar, garlic mashed potatoes, caramelized onions, shredded swiss, and crispy battered green beans all drizzled with our zesty honey garlic sauce. $13.25
Thursday- Caesar’s Pizza Quesadilla- a garlic herb tortilla grilled and stuffed with tomato sauce, local pizza seasoned fresh cheese curds, provolone, thick sliced pepperoni, hot honey sausage, and romaine lettuce tossed with creamy Caesar dressing and parmesan cheese. $13.50
Friday- Walleye Po-Boy- a toasted baguette spread with Cajun remoulade, a beer battered walleye filet lettuce, tomato, and bread & butter pickle slices served with a side of our house tartar sauce. $13.75
Saturday- Banana Split Pancakes- banana buttermilk pancakes topped with strawberry syrup, sliced bananas, diced pineapple, whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and a cherry on top. $12.25
Sunday- B.L.T. Benedict- toasted garlic bread spread with fresh basil mayo, breaded fried green tomatoes, applewood smoked bacon, baby arugula, two poached eggs, creamy hollandaise sauce, and fresh chives. $13.25
