Thursday- Sweet and Sour Chicken Bowl- crispy lemongrass panko breaded chicken breast, rice pilaf, roasted pepper and grilled pineapple salsa, fresh cucumber ribbons, sesame seeds, and sweet and sour sauce. $12.75
Friday- Parmesan Cod Tacos- two grilled flour tortillas stuffed with crispy parmesan basil breaded cod fingers, spinach, mozzarella, fresh cucumber and tomato salsa, and a parmesan red pepper mayo. $13.25
Saturday- Peanut Butter and Jelly Pancakes- two fluffy peanut butter buttermilk pancakes smothered in strawberry jelly, whipped cream, and crushed peanuts. $11.25
Sunday- Corned Beef Hash- diced red potatoes roasted with red peppers and onions, shredded house cooked corned beef, swiss and mozzarella, baked in a personal cast iron skillet and topped with two poached eggs, whole grain mustard hollandaise, and served with marble rye toast. $12.25
